Our residency fully embraces the value of broadly-defined diversity: talent, experience, gender and its identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, religion, ability, race, ethnicity, culture, and socio-economic background. We believe diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential for achieving excellence in patient care, for scientific discovery, for training the physician workforce of tomorrow, and for cultivating strong inter-personal relationships.
