InTeenimater, usually abbreviated to InTeen , is the most well-known teen pregnancy mod for Sims 2. Click on the folder for your latest expansion pack. If you're running the Ultimate Collection, click "apartment-life". If you're on a Mac running the Super Collection, click "bon-voyage". Once your Sims have completed the action, you'll hear a lullaby chime play if your Sim has gotten pregnant. Your Sim won't always get pregnant the first try. If you don't hear the lullaby the first time, try again. You will also not hear the lullaby, even if your Sim is pregnant. Either wait to see if your Sim gets morning sickness, or use the Biological Clock or a similar object like the Sim Blender to check their pregnancy status.

Use the Biological Clock for brevity. If you don't want to spend a lot of time making your Sim get pregnant, you can use the Biological Clock to force a pregnancy, regardless of the gender of the Sim or their relationships with others.

Make sure the Sim you want to father the child is on the lot. Invite them over with the phone, or use a custom teleporter like the SimBlender to summon them. Click on your teen Sim and select InTeenimater Click on My Biological Clock. A small alarm clock should spawn nearby. Click on the alarm clock. Select I Want a Baby With The selected Sim will now be pregnant. Method 3. Make two adult Sims. You can either create them in Create-a-Sim or choose a preexisting adult couple.
